POSITION: Rotational Intern- Operations, Technology, Finance & Customer Service
We are offering a rotational internship program. You will get the opportunity to work with experts who will provide industry insights and hands-on learning experiences. You will rotate between our Operations, Technology, Finance & Customer Service teams to gain first-hand knowledge on each key area.
Work with an Operations Expert on our team, to help and support in a number of functions, including office management, vendor relations, contracts management, various compliance-related activities, and organizational policies.
Work with Technology Expert on our team, to support with launch/maintenance of software’s, integration of new information security protocols and policies
Work with a Finance Expert on our team, to help and support with a wide range of duties, including analyzing data, preparing financial reports, and learning about varied finance activities
Work with a Customer Service Expert on our team, to support in providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
Must be a senior pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Ability to effectively adapt to new assignments, managers, businesses, and locations
Ability to interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
Business understanding of metrics, budgets, and strategy aligned with business objectives
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong professional presence

POSITION: Sales Assistant Intern
We are looking for a responsible Sales Intern to be a part of our team, who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Intern will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with larger customers, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed.
Responsibilities:
Create new customers and meet with architects to educate them on Arim’s aggregate and other products
Help with creating marketing material, hard samples etc.
Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
Create and maintain pipeline of Orders from his/her clients
Collaborate with the operations staff to ensure that orders are completed on time

POSITION: Accounting Intern
