Assist Deployment Specialists in the deployment of the tools in live operating environments within businesses
Train line and operating personnel in machine learning, experimental design principles, data management, and tracking practices, model usage and problem detection
Keep abreast of developments in Data Science, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research and other quantitative disciplines which might be applied to MATRiX ANALYTiCS™Client businesses
Create a knowledge base of scorecard development/Analytics and Domain learning
Research new technologies and develop proofs of concept
Qualifications:
Completed PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics or other quantitative discipline required
2 to 5 years’ experience in scorecard/model development/risk analytics preferred
Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds and positions
Sensitivity to the impact of regional and national cultures upon the nature of interpersonal business interactions
Ability to communicate complex analytical ideas effectively and persuasively

We are seeking a Software Engineer to become an integral part of our development team!
The Data Engineer will develop software applications to automate internal modeling and optimization processes.
Develop standards and protocols for model and strategy deployment across different platforms.
Ensure all the models and analytics solutions are deployed in Client businesses to ensure that statistical models and other analytical solutions are tested, implemented, used, and tracked in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Build Software Applications in Java to automate internal MATRiX model development and strategy optimization processes.
Work with MATRiX client businesses and iX data scientists to assess the feasibility of seamlessly deploying proposed scoring and other analytical projects and, where deployment problems are identified, develop solutions
Work with MATRiX data scientists and client business representatives to develop Business Requirements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) protocols for model deployment
Guide and assist businesses through the deployment and testing processes
Assure that adequate reporting systems are in place to track the financial and operational impacts of each project
Systems Solutions:
Assist businesses in evaluating, implementing, and testing major Strategy Software packages (e.g., TRIAD, Strategyware, Blaze) for portfolio management.
Consult with businesses to evaluate the quality, periodicity and storage of key analytical data
Keep abreast of the most recent developments in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Warehouse (DWH) management, consumer banking Management Information Systems (MIS) and related areas of Information Technology (IT). Promising developments in these areas are to be exploited
Qualifications:
Masters degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field required
1 - 3 years of experience in systems implementation

The Data Scientist will design & develop scorecards, models and strategies for consumer banking and Small-Medium Enterprises businesses banking as well as set standards for modeling and analytics processes
Responsibilities:
Use sophisticated statistical techniques, Operations Research based, ML and DL methods to develop scorecards, customer segmentation schemes, profiles, and other analytically based tools for consumer & SME business banking projects.
Use statistical principals to evaluate scenarios and make predictions on future outcomes in order to solve highly complex business problems and support decision making.
Manage a team of data scientists while also working on project hands-on.
Involvement with presales activities, presentations, pipeline management and business development (10-20% of time).
Develop and implement mathematical approaches and solve complex business problems.
Participate in the development, validation and delivery of algorithms, statistical models and reporting tools.
Convey complex numerical problem to technical and non-technical business partners.
Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and / or complex business problems utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses and broad knowledge of the organization and / or industry.

Qualifications:
PhD in a quantitative field (Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field)
5+ years’ experience in scorecard/model development/risk analytics is required
Knowledge and experience in statistical and data science techniques
Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics
Experience developing predictive models for banks/financial services and implementing them in production platforms
Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from high dimension data sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
